Day 165: Creeping moon.

You get in a zone sometimes and can’t help pick out patterns in nature that take you on a journey.  No, I haven’t been into any illegal or legal substances.  One thing I love about photography is when shut out all those things going on around you.  Get into a zone, open your eyes, and let the scenes unfold.  The afternoon light shines on the gum trees, and its limbs stretch out trying to catch the creeping moon.  Or maybe the moon rises before the sun goes down, because it is in a hurry to see our part of the world again.  One thing for sure, just for that moment there is only you, the camera and what you’re looking at through the lens, and it’s a magic place to be.
