Who can say what the future holds for these two little girls, Hope and Kate. One of the hardest days of camp is…tomorrow, Friday, 1pm, when the kids leave after an amazing week of fun, laughter and love. I guess one good thing about these two girls is that Bring Me Hope will be able to keep track of them. Help them with medical needs because they come from a poor village on the outskirts of Kunming. In the Yunnan Province all orphanages are closed to foreigners so children for this camp came from poor/street kids and maybe in some cases are worse off than the orphans. The catch 22 is that their parent or parents are trying to provide a better future for them, but have to leave them and work in the city. The kids may only see them once a year. These kids do a lot for themselves and they are survivors. My hope for these two beautiful girls is that their dreams come true, and keep positive about their future.
