365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)

Day 360 – Not many calories?
A friend posted a salty caramel Easter egg rocky road. For the love of cooking it wasn’t a question of would I make it, but when. Easter bunny gathered all the chocolate, caramel eggs, marshmallows, brazil nuts, cranberries, pistachio nuts and put it all together, with pinch of salt on top hence the salty caramel. So wondering if Easter is like Christmas and calories don’t count? Or I’ll just stay in my dream world (for next two days) pretending to myself it contains 3 food groups; dairy, fruit, protein, so got to be good for you. :) PS: Recipe came from Not QuiteNigella Blog if you want to check it out, my added extra crushed pistachio nuts on top. :)

Day 357 – Pumping.
Riding in the tube of life, red blood cells travel around the body giving life of oxygen all over and removing the waste. Without its function we would slowly die. The wonderful thing about blood is that it doesn’t matter what the package is on the outside, we all have the same inside. Red blood cells pumps along everyone’s highway of life regardless of who you are or where you are from? Kind of neat when you think about it.

Day 356 - Full Moon Rising.
Full moon is one of those magic things that
fascinate me. 384,400km from earth. The moon is actually not a planet but Earth’s
satellite. 59% of the moon is only ever
seen by earth and the dark patches are craters filled with basalt. If you want to improve your golf game perhaps
book a flight to the moon in the future.
Astronaut Alan Sheppard hit a golf ball when Apollo touched down on the moon’s
surface and the ball went 730m. Might be
a short golf game, but an amazing one. :)

Day 348 - Growing up.
Sugar Cane fields are starting to get taller, even though rain has been limited. Once a clear view to the Pyramid, is now just a peak when we walk up the road. Scattered clouds reflect the setting sun, and another day is almost gone. Hope you made the most of it?

Day 334 – Coffee..coffee…coffee.
Whether it is your heart starter in the morning, or it is your afternoon pick up. Legend has it your heart starter may have originated in the Ethiopian highlands, after it was noted by Kaldi. His goats where high in spirits after eating the coffee berry and would not sleep at night. So he reported it to abbot at the local monastery where berries where brewed into a drink and kept him alert for long hours of evening pray. He then relayed it onto other monasteries’ and the secret whispers found their way to the Arabian peninsula; the rest they say is history.
Day 332 – Tinaroo build up.
Tablelands; located up the windy road from Cairns is a playground for all sorts of adventure. In the midst of the adventure land is Lake Tinaroo covering 2,600 hectares, average depth is 13 meters. It is a boater’s delight for motorised and non-motorised sport. The green farmlands surround some of the shores; mountains in the background makes for a pretty cool backdrop for tropic afternoon build up.
