Today we started to head east and back into home territory, not before travelling the Min Min Way from Boulia to Winton. We bush camped (still 160km from Winton) at a rest stop with some other fellow campers in search of the Min Min light but unfortunately or fortunately we didn’t see any of those. (I think I would have freaked if we had, brave aren’t I.) However, in the morning as we were eating breakfast, all these beautiful little Finches came and starting eating with us. Considering we are travelling with a dog (aka Phoenix) that is very brave of them. Then again, Phoenix does think he is a little human in a doggy suit and our mouse issue proves that. Although if it was a snake, he would have had it in an instant, he just isn’t a mouse dog. We can’t be great at everything. Oh and still no sight of that little devil, second day running and no food missing – yahoo, he could be gone.
