Day 53 – New resident.

Normally, not real fond of spiders hanging around the house, and technically this fellow is in the garden. However, this little guy just caught my eye as he was swaying in the breeze and about to have dinner. I love the way he has an extra zigzag pattern in his web, to lure his dinner into the master web. I’m thinking he must be high on the fashion ladder in the spidey world with his bright colours on his body, well sometimes you just have to use your imagination!

 
PS:  My friends later informed me that this was a St Andrew's spider.
