Sometimes you have to let the light in to shine, and take on board what others are saying around you. Constructive criticism can be great but just saying negative and hurtful things are not really that helpful are they? If you build your self esteem by dragging everybody down, what does that really achieve? What does that say about you as a person? A great thing I still remember from primary school was making warm fuzzy people out of cotton balls and we had to give out one a day to a friend or family member for a week, and say a positive (warm fuzzy) thing to them. I not only remember the great feeling it gave me, but the person I gave it too. A bit deep I know but so many people seem to bag each other these days or have a chip on their shoulders the size of the Grand Canyon, thinking the world owes them something. You have to go out and create your own journey. Sometimes that takes the support of others around you. Having a positive attitude helps, and if you think you have it bad. Rest assured there is someone in the world that is probably worse off. Put a smile on your dial, generally the world will smile back.
365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)
