Well it is nice to be home and when you watch the sun go down over a growing city it is amazing to see the changes, in just the 5 ½ years we have lived here. Lake Morris Road offers a great view point of the city. If you continue on from the lookout it will lead you to Copperload Falls Dam (or Lake Morris) the city’s water supply, walks, and to fuel up and admire the view a kiosk to have something to eat or just a coffee. Unfortunately at the moment it is closed to landslips but should not be too long before it is open again. In the meantime it is only a short drive to the lookout, and well worth the view. On a clear day you can also see Green Island sitting out on the horizon. The road may be narrow and winding but going through the rainforest is another trip you can’t miss around Cairns.
365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)
