The Barron Falls might be a trickle in the dry season; however, with wet season rains, they have become truly regal, and showing their other magical side. The falls are also known as Din Din by the traditional Djabugay people. Water cascades down 260m of rugged rock face and at full tilt are an incredible sight. You can reach the falls by car, Skyrail, or the Kuranda train. The train and Skyrail both have stops at the falls, and an awesome way to arrive, to the roar of the water. One way I wouldn’t want to see the falls is the Houdini way going over a barrel. At the moment I think there would be some serious thrill issues.
365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)
