Geraldton Wax is coming to its natural season end in November, and it is one of Australia’s beautiful wildflowers. Shipped overseas for the popular flower markets and used here locally in the flower industry, they make a beautiful bouquet stunning. There are over 30 varieties known to be growing in the southern part of Western Australia. In September each year they carpet the ground, with spectacular colours and varieties, together with numerous other wildflowers. Would you believe there is even one called ‘Dancing Queen’? You gotta love that, especially with a very good mate celebrating a birthday today. I thought because I couldn’t find tulips to photograph this one might just fit the mould! Happy Birthday Ali! Xo : )
365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)
