The weekend is fast approaching and breaking dawn this morning was pretty special. The colours, reflections on the mud flats were a little distracting from the task at hand; boot camp. Guess they kept the mind of the pain of a push up, squad, lifting tyres etc. Crazy early morning stuff. It was much more relaxing watching those beautiful colours. Have a great weekend.
