Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm is only 40min outside Launceston, or if you drive like a Tasmanian 20 minutes :). Raspberry affogato, raspberry waffles, pancakes, mud cake, or even chocolate covered raspberries are there to tempt the tastebuds. Anything that can be made with raspberries is on the menu. After all that, you can walk amongst the beautiful lakes, green fields and old school, farm houses located in the ground amid the raspberry fields, and cafe. Plus I'm sure calories don't count on holidays, do they? :)
