Travelling overseas one of the golden 101 rules, never buy from street vendors. Seriously, where is the adventure in that? You might as well stay home, order from your local Chinese take away, and watch a movie on China, or wherever it is that you want to travel too. Use your common sense, have a go, you never know what you are missing out on. Sometimes, you probably don't want to know what you are eating but hey you have to try everything at least once. It's what makes travelling to new places exciting.
